A partial stage is better than not staging at all

If you don’t have the time or the money to invest in staging your vacant property before you put it on the market for sale then the next best thing is to do a partial stage. Adding new curtains, creating a vignette and a few accessories can make all the difference in helping to attract potential buyers through the door.

On a recent project in Bromley we added some lovely faux flowers in the window box. We installed new ceiling to floor curtains in the lounge and both bedrooms, created a vignette in the lounge using the client’s chair, side table and table lamp and added a few additional accessories. We also added a few small accessories to the kitchen and bathrooms.

For bathrooms it is worth investing in new fluffy towels and a few luxury toiletries to give that ‘hotel feel’ to the room. In the kitchen keep the surfaces clear apart from a few items to add colour and interest.
