I’m always looking at ways to keep the costs down for my clients as well as being kind to the planet and recycling and upcycling whenever possible.
On a recent home staging project I upcycled a couple of old canvas artworks.
The first one I painted with some grey paint and then I used a wooden stencil to stamp on three yellow trees. Finally, a little silver paint here and there to give it a bit of a sparkle!
The second one I covered with fabric from an old pair of curtains and with the fabric left over I covered a cushion and added some detail to a couple of plain cushions. Voila… total cost £0
